Refund Policy

1. Custom Epoxy Tables

Due to the highly personalized and labor-intensive nature of custom furniture:

• No Refunds on Custom Orders: Once production begins and raw materials have been cut or poured, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns.
• Structural Warranty: Every table comes with a lifetime structural warranty. If there is a fundamental defect in the joinery or structural integrity, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

2. The Academy (Digital Courses)

We stand by the quality of our educational content. We offer a conditional refund policy for our digital courses:

• 14-Day Guarantee: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have consumed less than 20% of the course content.
• Downloaded Materials: If you have downloaded PDFs, build guides, or other offline resources, your purchase becomes non-refundable.

3. Raw Materials

For physical products like resin, pigments, and tools:

• Returns Accepted: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the products are completely unopened, unmixed, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Chemical Nature: Due to the sensitive chemical nature of epoxy, any opened containers are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

4. In-Person Workshops

If you have booked a seat at one of our physical workshops, you may cancel up to 14 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, as materials and seating have already been secured, but you may transfer your ticket to a future date.

5. Process for Returns

To initiate a return or refund request, please email our support team at nilalarts@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if applicable. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
