Welcome to Nilal Arts (NAIC). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, your purchase of custom epoxy tables, enrollment in the Academy, and purchase of raw materials. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Custom Table Orders & Variations

All our epoxy resin tables are handcrafted and made to order. Because of the natural characteristics of wood and the fluid nature of epoxy resin, please note the following:

  • Wood Grain & Color: No two slabs of wood are identical. Variations in grain pattern, color, and natural edges are to be expected.
  • Epoxy Behavior: Resin flows and cures uniquely in every pour. Exact replication of past tables or digital renderings is not possible. Minor micro-bubbles or subtle pigment shifts are marks of authentic handcrafting.
  • Lead Times: Production timelines are estimates (typically 8–12 weeks) and may vary based on material sourcing and curing conditions.

3. The Academy & Digital Access

Enrollment in Nilal Arts Academy grants you access to our digital training materials and community features.

  • Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
  • Intellectual Property: All course materials, videos, and PDFs are the exclusive property of Nilal Arts. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the curriculum.
  • Lifetime Access: "Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the digital product. We guarantee access for as long as the course remains available on our platform.

4. Raw Materials & Safety

When purchasing raw materials such as epoxy resin, pigments, and tools from our store, you acknowledge the following:

  • Proper Usage: Epoxy resins are chemicals that require careful handling. You are responsible for reading and following all provided safety data sheets and instructions.
  • Safety Gear: We strongly advise the use of N95 respirator masks, nitrile gloves, and adequate ventilation when mixing and pouring resin.
  • Liability: Nilal Arts is not liable for any health issues, injuries, or property damage resulting from improper use of raw materials.

5. General Intellectual Property

The content, design, aesthetic, and imagery on this website are owned by Nilal Arts. Unauthorized use of our table designs, photography, or branding is strictly prohibited.
